Igual que los anuncio de Dove, en los que ahora se sacan a mujeres rellenitas y no tan agraciadas, éstas pueden ser las Sonia y Selena de este verano. A ver qué pasa.
Por la tarde Supervago y yo fuimos a rebuscar discos de oferta. Si hace unos días visitar Madrid Rock era tarea imposible, con largas horas de cola y gente enloquecida empujándose, ayer la cosa estaba mucho más calmada. La cola para pagar seguía siendo un poco larga, pero no llevaba más de media hora. Lo malo es que ya tras la marea humana de los últimos días todos los discos están desordenados. Aproveché para sacarme más baratos alguno de los discos que tengo grabados y pendientes de comprar como ‘The Great Destroyer’ de Low, el ‘Figure 8′ de Elliott Smith y el ‘Performance’ de Astrud. Más o menos a 9 euros cada uno. Todavía quedan muchísimas cosas que merecen la pena, entre ellas los empleados, que cuando una mujer fue a preguntar a uno de ellos si los discos de música clásica estaban en oferta le soltó: “Nosotros también estamos en liquidación”.
Pero en verdad lo que yo quería encontrar ayer era el primer disco de Shampoo, que en los últimos día me he emperrado en escucharlo de nuevo y no hay forma de dar con él. Así que fuimos a La Metralleta, a ver si en el mercado de segunda mano estaba. Nada de nada. Terminamos Supervago y yo con los dedos negros de tanto rebuscar por los discos, pero de ahí salí con una adquisición que me hizo mucha gracia, el ‘Backstreet’s Back’ nuevo y sin abrir de los Backstreet Boys por tan sólo 1 euro. Las coreografías que hacían en ‘Everybody’ me parecen de lo más graciosas.
Por último intentamos encontar el de las Shampoo en Yunke, pero tampoco estaba. De todas formas de ahí salí con una adquisición por 4 euros que me hizo mucha ilusión: ‘Fairless’ de Eighth Wonder.
